We are pretty sure by now that most of you have or at least experienced using a selfie stick - they have taken the world by storm! Everyone wants to get that perfect photo or video of them snowboarding in Whistler or diving in the Great Barrier Reef for their Instagram and a selfie stick is a great way to get that shot.
But we had yet seen a selfie stick that can capture both us and the environment we are in, without having to stop, flip the GoPro around and return to the interrupted moment you were having - until now! We have officially found a new fave travel accessory!
The Spivo 360 is a selfie stick which rotates your GoPro or any other recording device 180 degrees with the press of a button. Being travel vloggers who love to capture the moment, we can now show our viewers how we are feeling and what we are experiencing around us all with a click of a button.
The Spivo 360: How Does it Work?
You simply attach your camera to the end of the stick and with the click of a button your camera will spin 180 degrees. It makes it simple to show off the views you see in front of you, and with a second click it will spin back to you.
The Spivo 360 comes with a GoPro tripod mount included in the package. You can use the Spivo 360 with any GoPro, Garmin Virb, Sony Action camera, or anything that’s going to match a 1/4 – 20“ screw.
The Pros
The 180° feature – Unique to Spivo, having the ability for video creators to capture both themselves and their environment with press of a button. Normally we would have to unscrew and screw back the camera.
It’s waterproof – For up to 60m (200 feet) underwater.
Grip handle – The sturdy grip handle is perfect for filming adventurous activities like surfing, scuba diving, sky diving etc.
It’s lightweight – Actually surprisingly lightweight!
Usable With Any Device – Any smartphone, GoPro or other action camera that fits in the 1/2 – 20“ range can fit. Plus, a GoPro tripod mount is included in the package.
The Cons
Not telescopic – At 20'' it is a great length to capture selfies, however we found it a little too long to fit in our travel day bags.

After testing out the Spivo 360 during our latest travels through Canada, filming all different types of sports and activities we can officially say that this will be our go to selfie stick for our 2018 travels!
Being able to capture a moment, without having to stop and turn the camera has been a game changer. We can really enjoy and fully experience the adventures we have, and at the same time capture them with now such ease.
