A trip to Cape Town is not complete without taking a drive along the Cape Peninsula. I think it is one of the most scenic routes in the world, and I'm sure many others agree! This was our second time taking the drive, and I am sure will not be the last.

This time round we went from Muizenberg Beach, passing Boulders Beach and of course Cape Point as we made our way back to the city. Muizenberg Beach is full of surfers, hipster cafes and cute colourful beach huts that make for a cool photo spot. If you didn't already know Africa has its very own penguins that reside on the beautiful white sands of Boulders Beach (a must stop). Lastly, Cape Point is a stunning National Park that is famous for Cape of Good Hope - the most southwest point of Africa.

This drive can all be done in a day and it's super cheap to hire out car in Cape Town and do it yourself!
