9 ESSENTIALS TRAVELLERS ALWAYS FORGET TO PACK

We have all been there. You have arrived at your new and exciting destination, begin to unpack and BAM you realise you have left one, two, maybe eventhree essentials you needed on this trip! Here are 9 things that we have been guilty of forgetting, and by writing this post will hopefully never forget again.

1. Phone Charger

You plug your phone in, feeling proud of yourself that you have remembered to top up the battery for the long haul flight, and when it's time to leave you unplug your phone and off you go. Happens to us every time!

2. Power Board

You are in your hotel room when your iPad, laptop and mobile have all run out of charge during that long flight. You now need to wait agers for each individual item to recharge as you forgot your power board. We always travel with one (especially as there are two of us travelling, which means double the technology to charge)!

3. Umbrella

Something we ALWAYS forget. When we arrived in Vancouver we went out to explore the city and it began to rain, of course we brought no umbrella, no rain jackets, nothing! Never forgetting again.

4. Razors

Your a few days in to your tropical vacation and about to get ready to go and lounge around the pool when you realise you brought no razors with you! You then spend your afternoon finding your way to a local store to go find one instead of enjoying yourself by water.

5. Hair Brush

You remember to pack your straightener, hair dryer, curler and even your hairsprays and gels ... but you forget the number one necessity when it comes to your hair, your brush!

6. Power Adapters

A very annoying thing to forget. Your mobile has run out of charge and you can't do anything until you find yourself an adaptor. Why can't we have one world-wide voltage!

7. Cash

You land at your new exotic destination, jump in a cab and ... how are you going to pay for it?

8. Sweater

You're heading to New York in the middle of July and its going to be scorching, right? You don't pack any winter items. The day you arrive it is quite overcast, there is a chill in the air, and you're stuck in shorts and a tank top having to go out and buy a I HEART NY sweater to keep warm.

9. Toothbrush

You don't pack it the night before as you know you will need to brush your teeth in the morning before your flight. You are running late, give you teeth a quick brush and then rush out the door ... leaving your toothbrush behind.
